I got super lucky and so will you! (I Hope!)
So, of course I didn’t learn all this stuff myself, I had great coaches. And, I really believe what they taught MUST be passed on. That’s where you get lucky too!
My first coach was a world-class Decathlete and he was awesome.
And then, I met the New Zealand Coach. He himself had trained alongside a world record holder and had truly become Guru level.
He took over my training. I was in Grade 11.
