This is my official first post.
For each category in the blog, there will be a “first post”. It will outline basic guidelines and thoughts. Think of it as a starting summary of what we’re going to talk about.
Since this is the first post of the entire site, here are some guidelines for the site and things to come.
Main Guidelines
- I will be trying my best to deliver accurate information.
- Some information may be argued by others and I think that’s a good thing. Discussion is key.
- Many exercises have various benefits but not all exercises are good for everything. Some are great for brute strength, others are good for learning a movement or sporting skill.
- As you progress through the site and it’s products, you’ll find many levels of discussion. That being said, my ultimate goal is to be concise.
- Can you write more after you’ve said you want to be concise?

- Elite Movements for sport
- Posture
- Mobility & “Functional Exercise” (functional exercise is in quotes because it’s a super general term. I’m typically using it to blanket exercises and movements that might be more functional than others for various activities and goals).
